I'm back from my small vacation to see my family in PA. It was alright for the most part. Connor had a blast and everyone was pretty down that Morgan was there, especially her cousins (2nd cousins in think), Victora looks so much like her just slightly older, lol...acts like her too. Maybe I can take both of the kids up at the end of the month, but that may be a hassle trying to arrange since I doubt I'll have Morgan, and starting a new job soon.
I hated being up there though, it just left me little empty. I was surprised how many times anyone asked about Dorie. Most of my family know about the separation, but that's about it..and only because Morgan said something last she was there, lol. They asked how Dorie was, and if I talk and/or see her, and all I could say is no and how I hope she was well. Even funny was one of my aunts going on about how beautiful the wedding was, how gorgeous Dorie and Morgan looked, the dresses, the bride's maids, etc etc etc...and I'm just standing there looking at her (smiling and nodding of course) trying to keep the conversion going....for like 25 minutes though. I think someone told her about things after the facts though, and this aunt being so full of tact of course, comes up to me and ask if I've tried to reconcile with my wife...such a tactful family at times...of course them drinking doesn't help. Even two of my cousins asked where she was because they are getting married soon and I guess wanted girl talk, idk. I didn't talk about my life though, leaving responses to questions with simple and polite cut-off answers...just better that way, and I'm honestly glad that my family is in the dark about everything, I honestly liked talking about the bright side of being married, then the miserable lonely side I have to deal with now.

I don't think I want to live in Maryland anymore though, yeah I'm not going anywhere, but there are so many nicer places to live. Maybe it's just current events, idk, but I just want to get a job, getting alittle schooling in a trade, and find somewhere else. I know nothing works like you want, and I can never really leave Maryland now if I wanted to, the whole Morgan stuff would not work out, I just need her to much, and her Mother needs her just as much. Just a dream I guess,...hell, going to school is a dream amoung its' self, lol.

This has been a emotional week to say the least, and a week were I honestly thought maybe everything is going to work out for the best or even things are getting better, stupid optimism. How dare you enter my mind. Stupid work, Stupid divorce, Stupid no more school soon, and Stupid Jon. :(
I just want a quiet life too....

A Memorable Weekend

Strange how it only takes a brief period of time with certain people to change things you thought were so cemented into your personality that that would just be how it is forever. Some of you may understand, when you have a close friend, even if you rarely get to see and talk with them, even for years, when you are with them it's almost like you never parted. For me individuals like ratspy and dukgrrl are two of the almost unique people I would ever call a close friend. Even the times we don't see eye to eye about things, even the months to years with no contact, being around those type of people in my life gives me a "relaxing" feeling with the moment and a deep enjoyment of there company, as I hope they have felt on some level with my company. I could go on, talking about it, and by far I am not speaking poorly of those not named, that's just how it is, but that's enough led up to my real post, lol.

I attended a wedding this past saturday, maybe not the best thing to do, consider my current state of events, but I should shelter myself in my home, so I went. An old friend Tanya was getting married, and though I haven't seen her for almost 5 years plus she wasn't invited during a final cut at my wedding, why..idk, I was vigorous sot after to attend hers. Which made me feel even stronger to go and see my "second" family again. Strangely, however people feel about Tanya, she's been there when I've needed someone for a long time, even since 94, when we first meet in English class. I knew there would be more old acquaintances there, though not really sure who.
Tina, Tanya's sister, I had talked to slightly over the past few months, had really grown up. She slimmed down and looked healthier then I've ever seen her.
Sam, JT, and DC were there. And there company joined with mine was a bit much for the tone of a wedding, lol, but it helped the process of being there. Even hung out with Sam and DC at the apartment late into the night mainly chillin with me, Tina and Krys.
Last but not least, was Krys. Somehow I felt has if the wedding was planned just to see me and her reaction towards each other, being 11 years since we last saw each other, and the way that went down. I definitely felt outside forces worming there little fingers around for that scenario. Her and I have talked and tried to support each other about our marriages and dealing with children, etc. lol, for awhile now. It was a strange bond in our conversions, all the horrible similarities in our lives after she lefted to now. Anyways, after some odd duck and cover peeks by her, and the stress of a wedding she was part of, we finally got time to say our formal hellos, lol. I had like 3 people looking for me to talk to her.
We were practically together the whole weekend nights after the wedding, the kids had the day of course, and yes...no sleep most the time...what else is new :P.
Her company was something I very much needed. I feel better then I've felt in a long time, and she felt "weightless" around me, no worries that things would be fine when I'm around. I like knowing that just being in the presence of a close friend makes a difference, I think that may be just true difference between a friend and a close one.
The pleasure of that company didn't last, and once again, I was the last one to see her leave. Hard to lose someone twice.
Strange how it only takes a brief period of time with certain people to change things, I got alot from this weekend, and I hoping that I will have this type of periods with the people here, close friends and the friends I like to abuse, lol. The effort you guys are putting to keep me going means alot.
Careful people, see why I don't write this crap down. Well, least you know a neanderthal can type...about whatever I just typed up. :)

Other notes: I've been working alot, and that's ok i guess, used to that. Enjoying my time with Cow, Gary, Kathy, hamsterlord, and of course blackoaknyph.
Connor and Morgan are doing great. Though I'm starting the see the changes in them that the current situations are having, and it hurts me deeply. All the pain I feel, they have to feel it twice as bad at points. All of the actions I take and do are for them with them being the strongest causes for all actions in my life. Maybe things wouldn't be so bad if others felt as I do, but my options on that are few. Hopefully my best will be good enough, I'm honestly optimistic about alot currently.

People understand that this situation isn't just effecting 2 different parties, but multiple ones.
To my friends and family, thank you. It's so hard for me to ask for help and support, i never do, but I'm glad to have you all around. Good and bad, you all do know me and know what I've been through for over a year, to a month ago, and help me keep going from here after. I'm glad I never had to ask any of you, you all were just there.

To those who stalwartly try to remain neutral, it honestly must be hard, given the situation, to be truly neutral. Either you believe one side more or usually have reasons, whatever they may be, to favor one over the other. Wish I could be in your shoes, lol, but I do understand the position, and without a reason besides neutrality, my opinions of you haven't changed no matter what is said.

Please, Don't post any responses to the slander that's being push around by individuals, let them lie. Yes, it's upsetting knowing people have sunk so low, or are that bored, or have nothing to go on but falsehoods, but there really is no reason for any of this. I've always stated that I don't want this to get messy, even after everything I've been put through, alot of this I feel is still wrong. Let me fight my way, and not discredit yourselves or create conflict. Just let them write, maybe they'll work some of the kinks out of their multiple stories, and pick the best one, maybe they're looking for audience participation, lol.
Sorry, I'm trying to keep any personal opinion about alot of stuff out, like a general stand on things, guess one slipped. :)

Anyways, wow, I finally wrote an actually livejournal :), sorry such a crapping subject though. Hmmm..ok.

Morgan is doing alot better in the last couple of weeks from what her teacher said, "Things if you asking me a month ago, I would have said, "no way"." I know she missed me so much, and I'm glad she is doing even better then her usually good self since a came back. She is my reason for going through all the current hardships, and I'd suffer 10 times over just to have her near me. I will never give up my blood just because of false threats, I am not a part-time father, a weekend dad..not to 4 kids, not to 2 kids and not to 1. I think everybody should be that way when it comes to their children. She is such my joy when she smiles.

Connor, my son, he is my strength, the reason I walk, the reason I stand. Without him, I would be so different now. Never knowing his mother, and losing the only woman he's ever called that, it breaks me up inside that he gives me so much, but is again robbed of so much more. With resent events, I sometimes try so hard not to leave him out of my time, hopefully I'm his strength too, because he's still rolling with the punches, like me I guess. He loves his sister so much, though he'll find it hard to tell her, spends his points from school and gets her books and stickers, etc. all on his own. Misses his family though, but understands alot, far more then I'd like sometimes..we talk alot about it, it's never easy for me though, but he understands that and so we then play or cook, lol.

For myself, it start over you know, after so long at suffering and making alot of sacerfices to give your family the necessities in life, then half your reasons in life to leave under such unfortunite circumstances, but most of you know my story about it and hopefully, for your judgement, another.
I work, sleep, and the kids..same old same old, lol. And then larp, which I'm thankfully to all the larpers for still coming, especially the narrators Ian, Chris, Gordon, Rob and Eric for the effort they have done, thank you.
The money is still alittle weak, but at least I can put Connor and Morgan under my medical ASAP which is like the best thing to happen out of this.
I work out alot more now, jail..go figure right,..plus even better is that I have started to read for myself again! I really haven't read anything since I was reading to all 4 kids before bedtime...it's not much, Harry Potter...ok you can laugh, but it's a great start and another very good thing coming out of all of this. Almost worth it....maybe not, lol.

Thanks for the BS time, hopefully I'll start doing quizes again :), and not need to write so much. Remember, if this is how it's going to be, people can say what they want, let them. It's their life, they can ruin it all they want, doesn't really bother me. I'm currently as happy as I allow myself to be, I hold myself back not them, everything will calm down soon enough.
